Dermikem OC Plus is a triple-action topical cream manufactured by Alkem, combining the potency of Clobetasol Propionate (a corticosteroid), Neomycin Sulphate (an antibiotic), and Miconazole Nitrate (an antifungal). It is formulated to treat mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections accompanied by inflammation, itching, and redness.

This combination is commonly prescribed for infected eczema, fungal dermatitis, athlete’s foot, ringworm, candidiasis, and other skin conditions where inflammation and infection coexist.
