Alkof (Orange) by Alkem is a fast-acting expectorant and bronchodilator cough syrup formulated with Bromhexine HCl, Terbutaline Sulphate, Guaiphenesin, and Menthol. It is used for the symptomatic relief of productive cough, bronchitis, asthmatic cough, and respiratory tract congestion.

The combination helps to loosen thick mucus, open airways, and soothe throat irritation, making it easier to breathe and expel phlegm.
